Role: Maintenance Assistant

Location: Lympstone Manor 5* Luxury Hotel between Exeter and Exmouth

Discover the role

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Maintenance Assistant who can assist with hotel and pool house maintenance work such as plumbing, painting, mechanical and electrical work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • To conduct in-house decorating.
  • To undertake basic carpentry work
  • To undertake basic plumbing work.
  • To undertake basic electrical works.
  • To liaise daily with the Housekeeping Department to ensure all maintenance works in hotel bedrooms are complete.

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
