Maintenance Assistant
EVH Grade 4 (£27,068- £30,610)
Permanent, 35 hours per week
Do you work in a maintenance environment such as a call centre, builders supplier / merchants or with a maintenance contractor and interested in a career in housing maintenance, if so, this role could be for you!
Easthall Park Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.
We wish to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to attend to repair requests and administrative tasks associated with the delivery of our repairs service to our tenants. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely and support the Maintenance Co-ordinator to undertake administrative tasks associated with cyclical and planned major repairs and landlord safety.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in maintenance / repairs administration and a customer service environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
