Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, working 1 weekend in 5.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant with a background in painting and decorating to join our friendly and supportive team of six. This is a varied and hands-on role, providing general maintenance support across the Bamford Collection, including our farm site and pubs.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard
- Supporting general maintenance tasks across multiple sites
- Assisting with upkeep and repairs to ensure facilities remain safe and well-presented
- Travelling between the farm and our pubs when required
- Working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team

- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- A practical, hands-on approach to general maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
- Full, clean driving licence preferred, due to travel between sites
