Maintenance Assistant – MOXY Edinburgh
This position is based on a part-time contract, including weekends.
Gross salary: £13.13 per hour
The demands on our hotel are high, as far as the technical facilities and the quality of the hotel are concerned. In order to maintain this standard, we are looking for a technically skilled caretaker who would like to take over all tasks for the care and maintenance of our hotel.
What we expect from you
- Training in handicrafts or in industry
- Load capacity
- Technical and manual understanding
- Control and monitoring of ventilation and heating systems
- Execution of the weekly sprinkler test
- Operation of the MSR
- Implementation of small repairs, small painting work and maintenance work
- Control of manual work and handicrafts during commissioned work
- Reading meter readings
