Pitkin & Ruddock is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Bury St Edmunds team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating our service and maintenance operations, supporting our engineers, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping to grow our maintenance portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and engineer activities.
- Managing maintenance contract renewals and customer communications.
- Supporting service delivery and operational planning.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
- Working closely with service, projects, sales and engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of customer support.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
This position may be suitable for a college / A-level leaver or trainee (NMW applicable).
