You'll coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators supporting the delivery on all tasks. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
Your impact in the role
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative, and numerical skills.
You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritization and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
