Maintenance Coordinator
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of all line shuts, including maintenance, repairs, and size changes
- Drive performance on technical KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, spare part availability, and maintenance costs
- Plan and lead all scheduled and major maintenance activities
- Maintain and prioritise the defect list for production lines
- Coordinate spare parts availability and preparation
- Coach and train operators, technicians, and MBU teams on maintenance principles and tools
- Act as a key interface between Operations and Maintenance to balance structure with agility
- Report and develop action plans for maintenance-related KPIs
- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Your profile:
- Personality: Self-Motivated, Hands on, collaborative and improvement-focused
- Working method: Structured, Team-oriented, capable of working independently
- Experiences and know-how: 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and technical systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and performance management
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical planning tools
- Qualification: Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
