Service Manager
Join Our Team
We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM services across a busy and complex estate. As the key point of contact for the client, you'll ensure maintenance services are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused leader who enjoys building strong relationships, driving performance, and delivering high-quality facilities management services.
What You'll Be Doing
As Service Manager, you'll:
- Lead the delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM maintenance services.
- Manage the performance of direct teams and supply chain partners to achieve service and KPI targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring maintenance activities support operational priorities.
- Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring maintenance records are accurately maintained within CAFM systems.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Maintain key estate planning documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
- Participate in the on-call rota.

What We're Looking For
You'll have experience managing Hard FM service delivery within a complex or regulated environment, along with a strong understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.

You'll also have:
- Experience leading maintenance teams and supply partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using CAFM systems.
- A technical qualification in a building services or engineering discipline.
- IOSH (or equivalent), Emergency First Aid, and Fire Safety qualifications.
- Experience acting as, or supporting, Asbestos and Legionella Responsible Persons.
