Maintenance Electrician
Location
Mobile, Wakefield, Normanton Depot
Contract
Full time, permanent. Hours: 38.75 hours per week. Operational hours - Monday to Friday between 08.00 - 18.00.

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) provides hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK. Role Overview
Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems.
- Competent PAT tester.
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.

Requirements
- Level 3 Certificate in electrical installation + AM2 (or equivalent).
- 2391-52 Inspection & Test.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- Completed relevant apprenticeship.
- Experience in electrical power distribution systems.
- Preferred experience in electrical testing.
- Valid UK Driving Licence required.
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check before starting in the job.
