Maintenance Electrician
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Kirton team in the position of Maintenance Electrician.
The role is to carry out all electrical maintenance and repairs according to the works requirements. To assist where required in energy, environmental and Health & Safety objectives.
Your Duties
- Carry out repairs to production breakdowns in an efficient and safe manner.
- Carry out shop work duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Report all defects to superiors.
- Carry out all maintenance in an efficient and safe manner.
- Ensure correct P.P.E. is worn at all times.
- Ensure all risk assessment/ safe system of work/ permit to work are adhered to.
- Report all health and safety concerns to management.
About You
- In house electrical training and experience, City and guilds, O.N.C.
- Training requirements for job role;
- Company online induction
- Manual handling training
- Working at height awareness training
- Dusk mask face fit training
- Isolation/ lock off procedure training
- Silica awareness training
- Control of vehicular movement training
- Asbestos awareness training
- Siemens S7 or equivalent.
- 17th Edition Regs.
