Location: Broomfleet, East Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)
Salary: A GBP 52,000 : A GBP 54,000 (DOE)

The Role
As an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a range of production and plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across site.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Install, maintain, and improve plant machinery and production systems.
- Use a variety of testing and diagnostic equipment to identify issues quickly and effectively.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and productivity.
- Minimise downtime and help ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and housekeeping.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement).
- Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of electrical motors, drives, and pneumatic systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safe working practices and quality standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
