Maintenance Engineer (4 On 4 Off)
£50,000 - £51,500 + OTE 61K + 4 Day Week + Progression + Overtime + Life Insurance + Sick Pay + 23 Days Holidays

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from an FMCG or manufacturing background looking to join a thriving and rapidly growing company, offering progression opportunities to senior engineering and management positions and plenty of overtime to significantly boost your earnings?
Do you want to join a company that will provide you with flexibility through their shift pattern, a 4-day work week and a highly generous holiday allowance?
The Role:
- Planned and reactive maintenance of plant and processing machinery such as Fillers, pasteuriser's, boxers, and palletisers
- Mixture of mechanical and electrical repairs and fault finding
- Conduct inspections of machinery and ensure it is efficient and safe to use
- 2x12 hour days- 6am to 6pm and 2x12 hour nights- 6pm to 6am. 4 on 4 off
- Overtime available at 1.25x on weekdays and 1.50x on weekends
