Description

Enva is a specialist recycling and reuse company focusing on refrigerators and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). We pride ourselves on innovative recycling solutions and delivering environmental sustainability through efficient, compliant, and high‑performance waste management.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide variety of machinery used in fridge recycling operations with a particular focus on the fridge degassing and foam treatment plant (“Jerry”).

You will carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime, environmental compliance, and safe operation of critical plant and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a hands‑on, production‑driven environment and enjoys technical problem-solving in a fast‑moving industrial setting.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose new methods and procedures.
  • Complete all documentation, logs, and work records to a high standard.

  • Work as part of a cohesive team, adopting a flexible, first-time-right approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
