Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Nights
Sheffield
Up to £42,000 + 30% night shift premium – up to £54,600
22:00–06:15 | 37.5 hours | Early Friday finish
I'm recruiting for a leading global aerospace OEM at its advanced manufacturing facility in Sheffield.
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support a high-tech CNC production environment, covering planned maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding, and equipment reliability.

The Background We're Looking For:
- Multi-skilled maintenance with a strong electrical bias
- CNC or complex production machinery
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fault finding
- PLC/HMI fault finding
- Able to read engineering drawings and schematics
- Level 3 engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
- Ideally 5+ years' post-apprenticeship experience
FANUC, Siemens, and aerospace experience would be useful, but aren't essential.
