Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Birmingham

£54,421 quarterly bonus (around £2,000 - £3,000 a year) overtime - easily earn £60,000 - £70,000
4on/4off Days and Nights (4 days on/4 days off/4 nights on/4 off)

My client have been successfully manufacturing for years in Birmingham. They supply mainly into the health and aerospace industry amongst other industrial sectors. The types of machines you will be working on as an electrical maintenance engineer on a day to day basis will be large industrial machines. Experience within heavy industry and experience with SCADA/PLC fault finding is required.

Experience required for the electrical maintenance engineer:

  • 5 years experience working as an electrical maintenance engineer ideally within heavy industry
  • Ideally level 3 and apprenticeship served
  • MUST have electrical fault finding experience with 3-phase, panels, inverters, drives SCADA etc
  • The postholder may come into contact with technology or equipment controlled by local and/or U.S. Government legislation and will be required to undertake specific security screening protocols
