Salary: GBP48,000 - GBP55,000
Shift Pattern: 2 Days / 2 Nights 12-hour shifts

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, You'll Be Responsible For
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of food manufacturing and production equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Supporting production teams to maximise machinery uptime and operational efficiency.
- Delivering preventative maintenance activities to minimise breakdowns.
- Assisting with the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new equipment.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the site.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship.
- NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out root cause analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous food manufacturing experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
