Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical OR Electrical)

£48,000 - £51,000 + Bonus Scheme (OTE (£50,000 - £53,000) + Progression + Training + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Ayr, Prestwick, Irvine, Paisley, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock. Other locations will also be considered.

In this role you will work as a shift Maintenance Engineer within an industry-leading FMCG manufacturing company known for their strong benefits package and continued investment.

The company are at the heart of their industry and due to a significant investment in the plant they are now adding new equipment as well as expanding headcount across the site.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical OR electrical skill set looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

  • Working as a Maintenance Engineer within a busy manufacturing site
  • Shift Position with the following shifts: 2 on-2 off, 3 on-2 off, 2 on-3 off. (12hrs) (06.00-18.00 / 18.00 06.00) (Days and Nights).

The Person:

  • Maintenance/Engineering/Mechanical fitting background
  • Both Mechanical OR Electrical backgrounds will be considered
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering based environment
  • Looking for a long-term permanent position
