Rotational Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of custom products. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing machinery.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

  • Fault find, repair, and calibrate production machinery.
  • Ensure that production downtime is kept to a minimum.
  • Provide technical support to the production team and the wider engineering team.
  • Fault find and repair PLCs.
  • Carry out electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Assist with machine installations.
  • Assist with general facilities maintenance.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements

  • Previously worked in a Maintenance Engineering position.
  • Must be electrically qualified with certificates.
  • PLC fault-finding experience, inputs, and outputs.
  • Must be able to work to engineering drawings including electrical and pneumatic.
  • Must be able to identify faults and carry out machine repairs.
  • Experienced working to a PPM schedule.
