£69,475 + benefits

What you’ll do
- Be part of an established engineering team, working shifts to maintain and improve a wide range of automated machinery.
- Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance, using root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques to keep things running smoothly.
- There’s a lot of variety in what you’ll be working on – from process and packing systems to utilities and jetties.
- Take ownership of maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, giving you hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
- As you develop, you’ll also mentor others, share your expertise, and contribute to training and best practices across the team.

What you’ll need
- Multi-skilled across mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering trades.
- Strong problem-solving ability, providing long-term solutions and improvements.
- Preferably an HNC/NVQ 4 in an engineering discipline, or at least BTEC/ONC in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & environmental systems and procedures.
- Experience planning and organising engineering tasks, often involving contractor resources.
