Facilities Coordinator

Ware

£31.71 per hour

Onsite | Flexible Working Hours | Approx. 4–5 Hours Per Day

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Facilities professional looking for a flexible contract opportunity in Ware?

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Maintenance Engineer to work onsite, supporting the day-to-day maintenance and facilities requirements of the site. This is a hands-on role that will involve identifying and checking maintenance issues, liaising with CBRE to arrange callouts, and ensuring any facilities-related problems are dealt with efficiently. The role is starting ASAP, with flexibility around working hours and an expectation of approximately 4–5 hours onsite per day.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the site and coordinating maintenance requirements. You’ll act as a key point of contact between the site and CBRE, regularly communicating by phone and email to arrange maintenance callouts and follow up on outstanding issues. You will also carry out onsite checks, coordinate waste collections and assist with general facilities duties where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
