Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer – 4 on 4 off Nights - Salary: £58,000 per annum

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Orion Electrotech are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Evesham who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their night shift engineering team.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of site operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Support maintenance activities on industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and shift reports.
  • Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to maximise uptime and performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience working on industrial plant and equipment.
  • Industrial refrigeration experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently within a night shift environment.
