Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £45,000

Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

A standout opportunity has become available for a high-performing Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility. With major investment recently completed, this fast-paced site provides a first-class environment for engineers looking to sharpen their technical expertise and build a long-term career, including clear pathways into senior and management roles.

You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical fault-finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance activities on production machinery, supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

  • Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast-paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

  • Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Engineering qualification.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

  • Experience working within the UK manufacturing sector.
