Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-established manufacturing business? If so, then we want to hear from you!

We are partnering with a successful manufacturing company in the search for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. They constantly invest in their people and machinery.

You’ll be joining a team that plays a key part in keeping the operation running efficiently, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in improvement projects, new equipment and commissioning activity.

About You

  • Engineering qualification such as HNC, HND, BTEC or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
  • You will have strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CMMS systems, SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work in a Panama shift pattern, covering both days and nights

About the role

  • You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a range of machinery and equipment
  • You’ll respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns, identify the fault and complete repairs as quickly and safely as possible to minimise downtime
  • You’ll maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used and maintenance activities
  • You’ll get involved in engineering projects, equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning
