Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | Electrical Bias
📍 Renfrewshire
⏰ 3-Shift Continuous Rotation
An established manufacturing business is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its Engineering team.
You'll be responsible for keeping production machinery running efficiently through a combination of reactive breakdown maintenance, PPM, fault finding and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- ⚡ Electrical fault finding and repair
- 🔧 Mechanical maintenance
- 💨 Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- 🛠️ Planned preventative maintenance
- 🚨 Reactive breakdown response
- 📈 Equipment reliability & continuous improvement

We're looking for:
- Time-served Engineering background
- Strong electrical bias
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience
- Manufacturing/production/industrial experience
- Electrical & mechanical fault-finding ability
- Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Proactive approach to maintenance

Shift pattern:
- 3-shift continuous rotation, averaging approximately 39 hours per week.
- Regular overtime is also available, including weekend PPM and holiday/absence cover.
