Based in Farringdon
Trevett Services are working with a major international Facilities Management provider for a key corporate contract of theirs in Farringdon. Our client is looking to speak with electrically bias maintenance engineers.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for covering all maintenance in a high-end corporate office in Farringdon. You will be responsible for general building maintenance such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, as well as odd jobs like moving furniture. You will be responsible for all PPMs.

For most of the week, you will be the only engineer on site, with the exception of 4 hours on a Monday and on a Friday. As a result, our client is looking for someone who’s client facing and can take initiative.
Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 – 17:00. There is no call out with this role.

Qualifications & Experience
Our client requires the following:
- 18th edition
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within Facilities Management
- A clear communicator
