The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Working across both mechanical and electrical systems, you’ll be involved in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of factory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
- Ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
- Work on a variety of standard factory machinery including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production equipment
- Maintain and repair systems involving electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
- Assist production teams with machine setups, fault finding, and provide training where needed
