Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)
£50,000 - £54,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression + OTE £60,000
Old Leake, Boston
Do you have a mechanical or electrical engineering background within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking to join an established business, working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, where you will receive upskilling training, benefit from long-term progression opportunities, and have the option to boost your earnings through overtime?
On offer is the opportunity to join a long-established food manufacturing business based near Boston, Lincolnshire. The company has invested heavily into its operations and infrastructure and is now looking for engineers to help support continued growth, modernisation, and improvement across the site.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance across FMCG production machinery and site equipment
- Fault finding, breakdown repairs, PPM
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights, 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am

The Person
- Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Shift Maintenance Engineer, or similar
- Experience with FMCG, manufacturing, production machinery, or packaging equipment
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 Qualified
