Electrical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Days (Monday-Friday)
Pay: Circa £47,000 + Premium Overtime + Enhanced Pension + Sickness Pay + 8x Life Assurance and more!
Location: Near Corsham

Are you a Multi-Skilled or Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to move away from shift work and into a permanent Monday-Friday days-based role?
Do you want to work within a modern, technically interesting facility offering flexible hours, excellent benefits and genuine work-life balance?

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer as they continue to invest in and strengthen their engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation supplying critical products and services across the UK, offering long-term stability and exposure to a varied range of plant, equipment and technologies.

You'll be joining a small engineering team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the facility and taking ownership of fault-finding and repairs across a mixture of electrical, mechanical and site services equipment.

An electrical bias would be particularly attractive, although we're equally interested in speaking with good all-round Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers with strong fault-finding skills and the right attitude.

Whether your background is within food and beverage, pharmaceutical, aerospace, healthcare, general manufacturing, process industries or another engineering environment, we're keen to hear from experienced Maintenance Engineers looking for a move into a stable, days-based position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
