Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Ebbw Vale. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Key tasks include maintaining and improving the efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment, addressing maintenance requests, and adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Collaboration with team members and reporting progress to supervisors are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
  • Timed served apprentice
  • Minimum ONC, or equivalent qualification
  • Multi skilled, formal electrical qualification with demonstrable mechanical experience
