Stoke City Football Club HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League are looking for a dedicated and skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is vital to the seamless operation of our diverse property portfolio, including the bet365 Stadium, the Clayton Wood Training Ground, and our Academy indoor facility. The role will be based at the bet365 Stadium, but you will be required to work across other facilities as required.
You will work as part of a small but busy Maintenance Team to ensure that all HVAC systems are maintained. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for facilities management and are looking to make a tangible impact on our operations, we would welcome your application.
The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other adhoc events at the bet365 Stadium.
The position will be offered on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining all HVAC systems across the Club’s portfolio.
- Performing general plumbing repairs and installations as required.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plant equipment.
- Assisting other trades within the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring all health and safety obligations are met.

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and Air Conditioning equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Maintenance and Repairs.
- Understanding of electrical systems.
- F-Gas Certification (City & Guilds 2079 Category 1).
