Maintenance Engineer – Career Progression & Training

Factory Based, Commutable from Ludlow, Knighton, Kington, Leominster, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Newtown, Kidderminster and surrounding areas
Shift: 4 on 4 off, Days & Nights, 6-6 2 days 2 nights – no call outs

This role will suit a Maintenance, Service, Electrical or Mechanical background looking for an opportunity to propel your career in Maintenance Engineering in a clean state of the art manufacturing facility.
The Company:
- Established for over 30 years
- Low Staff turnover, with the opportunity to step into management as did the current Engineering Manager
- A direct team of 12 Engineers with a wider company of 260 across 2 sites

The Opportunity:
- Carrying out RM and PPM maintenance across a clean state of the art facility and production line
- Working closely with 2-3 other Engineers and a wider team of 12 total engineers
- 4 on 4 off, Days & Nights, 6-6 2 days 2 nights
About You:
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Service or Maintenance
- Looking to join a clean manufacturing facility, on a 4 on 4 off shift with exciting career progression
