Job Description
- PPM procedure to maintain this old building.
- Follow the day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager.
- Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure.
- Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work.
- Ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
- Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainages service.
- Actively contributes to guests' comfort.
- Carries out repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems.
- Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations.
- Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
- Follows the preventive maintenance programme.
- Applies water hygiene procedures.
- Is in contact with all hotel departments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting (essential), plumbing, electrical work.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Requirements: Experience in maintenance or related field is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
