I am Hiring: Maintenance Technician!
I'm on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join my team and help keep our apartments running smoothly and looking their best for every guest.
This role sits within a hospitality environment, so alongside solid technical skills, we're looking for someone warm, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests every day.
What you'll be doing:
- General maintenance
- Keeping apartments and communal areas in top condition
- Painting, decorating, and general repairs between guest stays
- Basic carpentry including doors, hinges, handles, and fittings
- Basic plumbing repairs such as leaks, blockages, and taps
- First line troubleshooting for boilers, AC units, and heating systems
- Replacing lightbulbs, fuses, and basic electrical fixtures
- Making sure apartments are guest ready ahead of check-in

Guest experience:
- Responding quickly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Working respectfully in occupied apartments with minimal disruption
- Representing the company with a warm, professional manner at all times
Operational:
- Carrying out routine inspections and flagging issues early
- Keeping clear records of work completed
- Joining an on-call rota, with callout fees paid for anything outside office hours while on duty
What I'm looking for:
- Experience in maintenance, ideally within hospitality or property management
- Proactive, efficient, and confident using your own initiative
- Great knowledge of London
- Very good spoken English
- Willing to work 5 days out of 7, 9am to 6pm, plus on-call shifts on rota
- Happy to travel to jobs by company vehicle or public transport with a tool bag
- References and a DBS check required
