Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Overtime Availability + Training + Career Progression + Weekdays Only + Company Benefits

Location: Stamford

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with experience in manufacturing, looking to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, ongoing training and opportunities to develop your career?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and supporting ongoing improvements across the manufacturing facility.

The Role:

  • Carry out reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimise production downtime
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across plant and production machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults
  • Maintain pumps, motors, conveyors and other manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with machinery installations, upgrades and modification projects
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to support efficient production
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

The Person:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment
