Maintenance Engineer (Mechatronics)

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced production environments? Do you enjoy solving problems, improving automated machinery, and making a real impact on operational performance?

We’re partnering with a highly successful global organisation operating within a precision, performance-driven manufacturing environment, investing heavily in its people, technology, and continuous improvement culture

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Keeping high-speed production lines running smoothly
  • Driving equipment reliability, uptime, and performance
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
  • Acting as a key technical expert within a highly automated shopfloor

Technical Focus

  • Responding quickly to breakdowns in a high-volume production environment
  • Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on automated machinery
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and control faults
  • Working closely with production teams to optimise machine performance and reduce downtime
  • Supporting TPM and continuous improvement initiatives (downtime, OEE, efficiency)
  • Managing spare parts and supporting cost control
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and driving follow-up actions

  • Experience in automated, high-volume manufacturing environments
