You’ll play a key role in:
- Keeping high-speed production lines running smoothly
- Driving equipment reliability, uptime, and performance
- Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
- Acting as a key technical expert within a highly automated shopfloor

Technical Focus
- Responding quickly to breakdowns in a high-volume production environment
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on automated machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and control faults
- Working closely with production teams to optimise machine performance and reduce downtime
- Supporting TPM and continuous improvement initiatives (downtime, OEE, efficiency)
- Managing spare parts and supporting cost control
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and driving follow-up actions

- Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience in automated, high-volume manufacturing environments
- A proactive, hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a performance-driven setting
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Flexibility for shift work, overtime, and planned shutdowns
