Location: Invergordon Community Hospital & Elgin - (Mobile)
Contract: Full time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:00pm

Your new role
What you'll do:
- Delivery of a comprehensive property and maintenance service to the QMU to the standards defined in the FM Agreement and SFG20.
- To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Local Based Clients.
- To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesman on:
- Service and repair of boilers/HTG Plant.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Service and repair of fan coil units and associated systems.
- Service and repair to HVAC control panels.
- Service and repair of fire alarm systems.
- Competent/Familiar on BMS control systems.
- To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the contract.
- To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal
- To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the administrator or tradesmen of any follow up action that may be required
- To take part in an On-Call rota providing 24hr, 365 day cover to the Facilities.
- To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate
- To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements.

What you'll need:
- Maintenance experience working in Commercial buildings
- Qualified tradesman/extensive experience of property maintenance gained in either the Public or Private sector
- Gas Qualifications: CCN1 CENWAT CIGA1 CKR1 COCN1 CONGLP1PD CORT1 CPA1 HTR1 ICPN1 TPCP1
- SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)/18TH Edition
- Experience in HVAC/Mechanical Systems
- FGAS
- Full UK Driving Licence
The successful candidate will require a PVG/Disclosure Check before starting in the job.
Who we’re looking for:
The post holder will work on their own initiative and as part of a team, alongside Client Representatives, with responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all facilities on site. They will form part of the wider In-house Maintenance Team with a designated core skill and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence.
