Mon to Fri - regular hours (none shift)

45 - 48k salary

1 week in 5 call out with £100 retainer

Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join our client's corporate office in Liverpool Street.

The client are a major banking organisation and this site is one of their key corporate offices in the UK, with ISS looking after much of the facilities via a site based M&E Maintenance Engineering team.

There will be a level of support to a satellite site too.

Actions will include:

  • Organise and undertake planned works
  • Undertake reactive duties, including electrical, plumbing, BMS, fabric and any reasonable request.
  • You will work within various maintenance and environmental conditions e.g. clean rooms, technical spaces, plant rooms etc
  • Supervise and direct specialist third party service providers
  • Improving the operation, filing and equipment through problem solving, improvement techniques and liaison with suppliers will be a key part of your role
  • Provide updates to stakeholders including ISS and client personnel. Ensure Statutory Documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • Contract is operating in-line with the appropriate aspects of the ISS Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems and contract Technical requirements. This is a continuous program cycle to ensure Compliance is maintained.

  • Mechanical and or Electrical qualifications plus sound experience of maintenance engineering ideally within corporate facilities.
