MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £44,000
Shift: 3 on 3 off Days & Nights
The Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a business that continues to invest in its people, equipment, and processes, offering engineers a stable career with genuine opportunities for training and progression.
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production by carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement projects across a variety of manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
- Minimise downtime and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work safely at all times.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding skills.
- Engineering qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced production environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- PLC fault finding experience.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
