Maintenance Engineer - Ref: V350
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Engineering team and appoint a positive, reliable and customer-focused Maintenance Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with experience maintaining fire and security systems who wants to continue developing their technical skills within a supportive, accredited business.
The successful candidate will carry out planned maintenance across a range of fire and security systems, working across multiple client sites and representing TIS professionally at all times.
The Role Involves
- Carry out planned maintenance on a variety of systems, including Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV
- Complete work to a high standard and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving site
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including job reports and timesheets, using the Company’s service management system
- Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety procedures and best practice
- Participate in the Company’s out-of-hours callout rota
- Represent the business professionally when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Deliver a high-quality service to customers at all times

Key Experience / Qualifications
Essential
- Experience maintaining fire and security systems
- Good technical knowledge of CCTV, intruder and intercom systems
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience maintaining fire and security systems
- L3 FIA qualification
- IPAF licence

- Good communication skills, with the ability to build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues

- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
