A GBP 47,600 (A GBP 39,676 Basic + 20 Shift Allowance) + KPI Bonus + 31 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) + Overtime (1.5x) + Product Discounts + Perkbox Benefits + Company Sick Pay + Free Onsite Parking + Life Assurance (4x Salary)
Monday to Friday 3 Shift: 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 22:00 to 06:00

This role would suit mechanically or electrically biased engineers. Candidates from any industry are encouraged.
The successful candidate will work within a team of six engineers per shift responsible for attending machinery breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to ensure high production performance.

- Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Improvement and modification work to equipment
- Investigate repeating issues and implement process improvements
- Adhere to H and S
- Mentorship of engineering technicians and apprentices
The Maintenance Engineer Candidate
- Mechanically or electrically biased
- Any industry background: factory maintenance, field service, ex:forces etc.
