Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Devon
GBP49,000 - GBP55,000
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer for a company in the Devon area.
With no day ever being the same, the Electrical Engineer role offers an opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company and offers career development within a first-class organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across all manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs, and work to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and contributing to long-term engineering solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical) preferred; electrical-bias engineers with a desire to upskill also welcome.
City and Guilds 236 and 18th Edition Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to maintenance.
