Maintenance Estimator & Assistant Contracts Manager
About the Role
Concorde Commercial Maintenance Ltd is looking for a Maintenance Estimator & Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team and assist with the quoting, coordination, and management of commercial maintenance and small works projects.
A significant part of this role will involve preparing quotations, so we are looking for somebody who can review site reports, photographs, client requests, and subcontractor quotations and use this information to build accurate and commercially sensible quotations.
The successful candidate will deal with a high volume of quotations and smaller projects rather than managing one or two large construction contracts.
Works can vary considerably and may include general building repairs, shopfitting, joinery, doors, flooring, roofing, drainage, plumbing, electrical works, decorating, civils, and other commercial maintenance activities.
Once works are approved, you will also help coordinate and manage the job through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
