As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead our maintenance operations with confidence and care, ensuring every piece of equipment, system, and facility performs at its best. You’ll guide a high-performing team, respond quickly to challenges, and maintain the standards that keep our environment welcoming, reliable, and safe.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role
- Lead and coach the maintenance team
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
- Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs
- Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties
- Carry out all administrative work related to maintenance operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately logged from request through to completion

You'll bring:
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, facilities or a similar maintenance environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and building services.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and interpret technical diagrams and control systems.
- Good understanding of health & safety, compliance and maintenance standards.
- Practical experience across general building maintenance, including painting and redecoration.
- Strong organisation and administration skills, including accurate job logging and maintenance records.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with Hotel Management and operational teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on keeping the hotel safe, compliant and operating smoothly.
