Maintenance Manager
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a busy budget hotel near Tottenham Court Road.
The property operates under two different hotel brands and includes below-ground guest rooms. The role will require someone who understands the practical challenges of maintaining a busy central London hotel and can ensure that guest rooms, public areas, plant rooms and back-of-house areas are kept safe, operational and well presented.

- Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance
- Managing contractors
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Ensuring that any faults or defects are dealt with quickly
- Supporting compliance checks, health and safety requirements, fire safety, water hygiene and the maintenance of key hotel systems and equipment
Requirements
- Work closely with the hotel management and operations teams to minimise disruption to guests and ensure maintenance issues are followed through to completion
- Monitoring maintenance costs
- Keeping accurate records
- Ensuring contractors deliver work to the required standard

Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience within a hotel or similar hospitality environment is essential
- Strong technical knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Experience working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC or general building maintenance would be an advantage
