Hotel Maintenance Manager

The Opportunity

Behind every great hotel experience is a hotel that runs seamlessly. As our Hotel Maintenance Manager, you'll lead the maintenance operation, ensuring our hotel remains safe, compliant, and welcoming for both guests and colleagues.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, where you'll solve problems, prevent issues before they arise, and keep the hotel operating at its very best.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day maintenance operation, managing workloads and supporting your team.
  • Deliver preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and protect hotel assets.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Drive energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvements across the hotel.
  • Provide clear updates to senior management and create a positive, solutions-focused team culture.
