Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a major manufacturer in the Huddersfield area to recruit a Maintenance Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 10-15 Maintenance Engineers in a fast-paced environment, working under a brilliant Head of Operations and Head of Engineering.
The Maintenance Manager will lead all manufacturing engineering maintenance, be responsible for a diverse team and have full budgetary responsibility for the department.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager will include:
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines
- Manage contractors
- Lead, develop and manage a team
- Analyse downtime, identify trends and develop solutions
- Identify and justify capital equipment investment
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

We're looking to speak with Maintenance/Engineering Managers with the following:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
- Previous experience managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
- Experience within a fast-paced or heavy industry environment would be advantageous
