Maintenance Manager (Industrial)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Overtime OTE 70k + Company Bonus + Days Based

Are you a Maintenance Manager from an industrial, manufacturing or similar background, looking for a diverse role offering plenty of responsibility, overseeing nearly 30 Engineers within a large industrial site?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a £100 million turnover company, where you can have your say in handling a range of large-scale engineering projects.
In this role you will be split between day-to-day management of the engineers and handling engineering issues (80%) whilst getting stuck in on the tools when needed (20%). Your main tasks will be leading the team and resolving problems, ensuring production runs smoothly.
Founded nearly 70 years ago, this materials processing company are the largest in the UK within their sector, boasting a turnover of £120 million. With a recent investment of £40 million into new machinery, they aim to continue growing on their 40-acre site for years to come.

This role would suit someone who has experience supervising or leading a team within engineering, looking for an exciting new challenge within a large industrial site where they can truly make their mark.
The Role:
- Handling maintenance scheduling and team issues
- Supervising a team of 20+ engineers
- Primarily hands-off (80%) with some hands-on work (20%)
- Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, finish at 4:30pm on Friday
- Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x
