Property Operations Coordinator
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Prime Residential Estate, North West London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm), with flexibility where required
We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Property Operations Coordinator to join the team at a prestigious residential estate in Central London.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on maintenance with exceptional resident service. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, oversee day-to-day estate operations, coordinate contractors and carry out minor maintenance works, helping to ensure the estate remains safe, compliant and presented to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance enquiries.
- Carry out minor repairs, decorating and general maintenance across the estate.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor the quality and completion of works.
- Undertake regular inspections of communal areas, vacant properties and estate grounds.
- Conduct routine health & safety, fire safety and security checks, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Manage the estate key system and contractor access.
- Welcome new residents, carrying out move-in inductions and property handovers.
- Ensure communal spaces and available homes are clean, safe and well presented.
- Raise purchase orders, maintain accurate records and update maintenance systems.
- Support the wider property management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the estate.

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys a varied role and is equally comfortable speaking with residents as you are picking up a toolbox.
You'll Ideally Have
- Experience within residential property, facilities management, maintenance or estate operations.
- Practical skills in basic repairs, painting and decorating and general property maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and building compliance.
- The ability to organise multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Confidence working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Good IT skills and experience using maintenance or works management systems.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to provide an excellent resident experience.
