We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative (Plumbing) to join our team, primarily based out of our Bath site, with travel across multiple sites covering Bath & North East Somerset.

Salary starting from £31,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is essential
Standard DBS is required
Full driving licence required (mobile role)
On call allowance + Van and tools provided.
Permanent contract

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance across a healthcare estate.

  • Completing general plumbing maintenance tasks
  • Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Responding to reactive plumbing repairs as required
  • Support with general fabric maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, fixtures, fittings)
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, statutory requirements, and internal procedures
  • Participate in the on-call rota
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Estates & Facilities team

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
  • Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within healthcare.
