MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Rendall & Rittner
£32,500 - £33,000
Landmark Pinnacle, Canary Wharf - E14 9GU
Mon - Fri 0800 - 1630

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within one of Canary Wharf’s most striking residential towers, this development spans 75 floors and nearly 1,000 homes across private, shared ownership and serviced apartments. You’ll support a vibrant resident community enjoying on-site gardens, a gym, cinema and media rooms, with a secure car park and concierge-led services. The environment is modern, fast-paced and premium, with excellent transport links via Heron Quays and South Quay DLR just a short walk away.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the on-site go-to for safe, efficient building upkeep—carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep communal areas and back-of-house spaces in excellent condition. Most days you’ll complete routine checks, resolve minor repairs quickly, liaise with contractors, and support residents and colleagues to maintain a high-quality living experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • You complete planned preventative maintenance on time and to a high standard, with accurate records and clear follow-ups.
  • You respond to reactive tasks promptly, diagnosing issues efficiently and resolving them safely at first fix wherever possible.
  • You maintain immaculate communal spaces, plant rooms and BOH areas, taking pride in presentation and safety.
  • You communicate clearly with residents, contractors and colleagues, building trust through professionalism and care.
  • You uphold health and safety procedures, including permits to work, risk assessments and compliance checks.
  • You proactively spot risks and opportunities to improve, escalating appropriately and preventing repeat issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
